Arrow ML 280cdi V6 juddering/limping on full throttle.

Hello.

Done alot of research on this and now I'm getting clueless, and seeking if anyone here got some tips or experience regarding this.
On normal driving everything is fine, but when I do full throttle/kickdown, the engine limps on and off/juddering. Just like the turbo is switching on and off repeatedly.

I know the Turbo on these car has a known issue to be worn on the exhaust turbine side.
I know the inlet manifold flaps system has a known fault to not operate correctly.

What I have done is:
-Changed the Oilcooler+gaskets
-Changed both manifolds with new flaps regulating system (and the controller)
-Changed the turbo (even the old did look just fine) with all gaskets.
-Changed the inlet orange gasket for the oil-breating and turbo inlet.
-Changed the rail and fuelpump regulators.
-Changed dieselfilter.
-Checked for leaks, cant see anything.

So dealers says the inlet/swirlflaps and turbo is the typical cause of this, but now I have replaced them with original parts, and still has the juddering issue

Anyone has tips or anything else I can check out?

Only thing I can think of is if the inlet valve is clogged to much with blackdeath crap so the engine cant get enough air.
Or some air induction side has some leak I cant find.
Or a sensor that is messing everything up..

thanks!

Have you checked for codes with a proper scanner?

I do not know the capabilities of those code readers, but if they cannot read codes in all of the 25 modules in your car, it is useless.

Get a scanner that will read every module in any veh.

Disregard the first link.

Check the intercooler inlet and outlet hoses. When accelerating, see if they are deformed.
