Help with 2006 W164 ML350 Petrol - No power to Fuel pump

Hello everybody!,

I need your wisdom and experience. I have a 2006 W164 ML 350 Petrol.

I had water inside the trunk, and started to get some electrical problems.

So I decided to dry everything and seems it got corrected, but now it won’t start.

I figured it was a problem with the fuel pump, because everytime I put the car in ignition position 2 I could hear the fuel pump whistle amd now is not making that noise.
So, Inwent back to the rear fuse compartment, and try every fuse, and seems like everything is fine except, Fuse #57, is not getting any voltage or power whatsoever, so I went to check relay O, for fuel pump, and I am getting 3V on one of the pins, that is really weird.

Any help please?

Right before you removed the SAM, did the eng. start? Yes or no.

Do you have a scanner (not a code reader)?

yes it did, but multiple fails for false contact. Now I took it to a shop, and they say that there is false earthing and are rechecking everything, and erasing all the fail codes.
