Relatively new ML350 owner, she's a 2008. The vehicle has the backup camera but no parking sensors. I would like to add OEM sensors (definitely rear, possibly front) but do not know if the harness in my vehicle will accept a sensor harness from another vehicle. Are all MLs equipped with a standard factory harness that allows the addition of parking Sensors after the fact?

Every MB has an individual harness for the way it's built so you have to start out with a complete installation. Check out Echo Master, they have kits of several types. There are lots of sensors out there, some cheap and useless and others the equivalent of OEM, so check out what you choose. Then if you don't do it yourself, check out the installer.
