P0455

A little help please. This is my 3rd P0455. My W211 had a purge valve / cage TSB. The W209, I used an after market fuel sender and had to replace fuel pressure sensor with the OEM one. Now my W164 is giving me the blinking fuel reserve light with the red gas cap warning and CEL. The purge valve is clicking away (like it's supposed to), the gas cap gasket was changed. Hoses under the hood all look attached and intact. Where is the fuel pressure sensor located? Any sage advice would be also be appreciated.

Hose identification please. Located near the EGR valve.

Looks like it should be attached to something....

A hose to no where, on top of the bell housing?

If you are referring to this part, it is a breather and is not disconnected from anything else. That's the way it is supposed to be.

If you are referring to this part, it is a breather and is exactly the way it is supposed to be.

Ok I'm finally getting around to posting my fix......it was the charcoal cannister. Replaced with an after market one, 3 months and all is well, no CEL.
