Hello guys i have a 06 ml500 I’m having issues with. Recently my vehicle started forcing radiator fluid out the hose. Its lime it cannot hold the fluid in the line. I took the hose off and checked it, not dry rotted or anything. I put on the obd scanner and got a p0121 after some research I figured it was the tps. I really need some help it’s beginning to get pricey buying fluid every 3rd day. And for now its me and my family of 4 only transportation.
Ive done tht already it came back.I was told because that it could be caused by the the car not being in the right gear. Forcing pressure into the hose. because it only forces on the hose connected from the engine directly to the top radiar
Yes the faulty pedal sensor could be causing the trans. problem. Why don't you replace it since the code returns? There are 4 possibilities for the sensor, broken wire on the connector, plausibility or voltage problem.
Call your dealer with your vin# and tell him you need an Accelerator Pedal Sensor.
The leak on your hose could be the radiator itself leaking.

iCarsoft is not going to do the trick unless it can read codes in Trans. Module and the ESP Module. They don't even give explanations for each code.
Scroll through the 9 pages looking for yellow highlighted sections for the explanations of your codes.
I suggest you clear all the codes. Drive the truck as usual and carry your code reader. As soon as any light comes on the dash, pull over and immediately read the codes.
The P0121 code was a misread the code was P0221 but its the same thing,the pedal sensor. And yes I cleared it and been driving it since clearing it no check engine or fault codes.
