M272 engine side identification L or R
Hey guys, i need help identify the engine side of this m272 engine. Which side is left and which is right. Thanks
So i'm looking to replace the camshaft adjuster on my vehicle . It should be the one on the oil cap side and chain tensioner side. If you know the part number of both the in take and exhaust , please share with me as well. Thanks
I will do a video progress of my diy service

That does not mean it is the cam adjusters. It could be a lifter noise or something else. Try an oil and filter change.
If that doesn't do the trick, you must remove the valve cover and investigate.
