Radio Issues

Hey guys, looking for someone to solve my 2 year problem. 2009 ML320

Everything such as my nav, media interface, and phone works fine, but when I change to AM/FM i get no option to change channels because there is no service/reception. I only pick up one generic Mercedes channel. I know my audio is fine because I can hear it. However I have no option of tuning to another radio channel or picking up any channels whether its FM/AM.

Im sorry, what do you mean by that? Like checking for codes via a diagnostic tool?

No codes appeared, however media interface like usb does work. The issue is when I click the radio and it shows no service with no channels nor sound.
