Another option is to order a complete new caliper. If your vehicle is a 2008, and if it were mine, I would do that.

Mercedes does not sell a caliper rebuild kit or individual caliper parts for your vehicle.

checking a couple major independent parts sources reveals they don’t either
In checking my favorite dealer online parts sales website, it appears Mercedes will sell you a rebuilt caliper, as the pricing includes a core charge to be refunded when you return the old part. It makes major sense to take control of the environment in which safety critical parts are repaired or rebuilt, keeping it out of the hands of amateurs.
