Well, the problems came back again: ESP not working, check engine, random wipers in an off position, not able to shift gears, not able to connect scanner to the car(No system configuration information)…
The codes that I was able to scan right now are as follows:

As per first reply/suggestion by Maj. Dundee I have removed the steering column and checked for any damage or anything off but it all looks fine. Reinstalled it back, no change. Still unable to diagnose the problem.
Battery fully charged. Did a draw test just to make sure, no issues found.
Any ideas, please help?

My car is all fixed now. The problem was a short in a rear radar system in the rear bumper. When radars were changed, the wiring got stretched and corrosion shorted the system. The wires to radars were cut and waterproofed. I do not have the radar system anymore, but the car runs great. I also found a guy in Toronto that was able to erase the radar system from the main computer so there are no warning lights on the dash. Did a trip from Toronto to Florida and back and all was great.

The wires to radars were cut and waterproofed. I do not have the radar system anymore, but the car runs great. what’s radar systems? Are those the bumper sensors?
what’s the error message on the dashboard? SRS malfunction or just SRS light?

but I got my problems fixed by cleaning the connector in the picture below. It was dipped in water by Rear SAM, but the Rear SAM is dry and good due to having the top cover.
Full of water under the SAM, water absorbed in inside the white foam ( sounds absorber?) in the picture.
