Harmon Kardon refit
Just bought a 2010 ML550. Got the 2009 ML350 about ready to put on the market.
The 350 has a sweet Harman Kardon sound System. The 550 does not.
The Commander system head units are almost identical.
Would a switch out be a reasonably manageable endeavor?
quick changeout of the amp and speakers?
does the model wiring harnesses even support a switch out?
do you have to have the right head unit to drive the Speaker system?
special output connections, etc.?
are the head units interchangeable, or is there programming or coding required?
Alternatively, is there a reasonably priced after market system setup that will integrate well in the ML550?
