I've been reading and searching alot of the forums but I can't find the unit och replacement unit I could buy.

I've got the notorious water leak and broken rear sam. The unit I have now is labeled A1645408945 and my Vin is 1221A051780.

I know I've have to code it but a new unit from the dealer is US700.

According to your vin#, this is the Rear SAM that you must get. If you buy a used one it will probably have the same features as you have. If you buy a new one from M/B they will have to code it to your features.

Because of the water entry, you will have to replace the tail lamp seals to prevent any future water entry.
