H&R Springs Installed

Got them used, lol....price was right though. Had the local BOSCH Service Center do the job, Rayco Eurospec. https://raycoeuro.com/

Did the control arms with Delphi, and got the brake pads & rotors too. Went with Wagner OE-x, after some fitment confusion. They are ceramic, and very quiet. That's all I can report so far. Ride is just like factory, but a little firm after the spring travels, progressive. It's MUCH lower, but the fender gap is fine....perfect, I'd say.

I wouldn't mind them stiffer. Is that the "go to" choice for our ML's? H & R? Which ones did you put in? Cheers.

These are the H&R, and I don't think there are any others available. Full coilovers or aftermarket bags are the other 2 options. $200 a set for Chinese bags seem great, if you do your own work. I integrated the install job into my control arm job, and it was only an extra $300 max, verses the 5+hr book time for it.

Anyway, with bags my idea was to skip the cockpit control and onboard compressor for just lines with a pair of Schrader valves under the bumper, F&R. Adjust them just like filling a tire. No problem though, the H&R are perfect, they always do a good job.
