Strut/Spring popping issue after install
Got new Delphi control arms and H&R springs up front. The vehicle went from driving ok with beat control arms to now; springs popping around when I turn the wheel, start and stop. I say the springs because I went back and had new strut mounts installed, it still does the same thing.
Before I go back to the shop again, I pulled the RF wheel and checked what I could, inc the caliper bolts....nada. Conventional wisdom says the struts could have (both) gone afoul from being disassembled, but I call bunk. Shop is willing to work with me, especially since I already paid to have the strut mounts done, and a re-alignment. Usually not at a loss for solutions, I am vexed by this problem. I put a lot of work into getting this vehicle, and now it's worse than when I got it. It was a little darty, but never made a peep from the suspension.
I really want to put this puppy to sleep. A 60k vehicle shouldn't need new struts. I am officially out of ideas.

Audi, update your profile to include the year, model, is it gas, CDI or Blue and where you live, which tells us you have right or left hand drive.
Upper or lower control arms?
Why did you choose Delphi?

It's a bog-standard ML350 from 2010 with new LCA and strut mounts
4Matic and gas, but I don't think the fuel type matters
