DIY Door Lock Repair- fix the "machine gun sound" and failure to lock problem.
After multiple tries, I figured out the true cause for the the infamous 'machine gun sound" and failure to lock.
I put together a DIY video. Not a Hollywood production...
Although I have only worked on the W164, I suspect the same cause on other locks.
