Thank you for the advice and pictures Major Dundee. I checked and both fuses are fine. A friend told me that it's run by the front SAM and to check the fuse box in the battery under front right seat. Should I check that or what other suggestions do you have?

For background - They got stuck down about 6 weeks ago when an ice cooler didn't have plug in it and leaked gallons of water into the car. So far I've removed rear SAM and cleaned up the corrosion on the circuit board (bc somebody told me REAR SAM controls back seat power windows) But this didn't help. Also when I hook up my icarsoft scanner and go to "Live Data", It tells me that the windows are going up or down when I push the buttons so I don't know if that information helps eliminate or diagnose anything but anything but if you have any more suggestions I would be grateful for them. Thank you Sir

Why didn't you tell us how this problem started? If the rear SAM was flooded and had corrosion, the problem is there is corrosion under all of the connectors (see arrows).

The connectors are soldered to the board and must be removed to clean the corrosion under all of them. If you cannot do this, then you must get a used one, according to your vin# and hope for the best.
