I need to know is there a fuel control valve just before the fuel tank

I saw a video for a car in which this valve stuck open which make several tries to start the vehicle

so , if the ml has the same valve I need to know it's location and part no. pls

I have code P0087 for the past year till now
the car works good , when cold start at first try , when engine hot it takes about 5 second to start and some time at second try
I did change new injectors
new fuel filter
new tank fuel pump

Talal, there are no "P" codes in CDI or Blue. If you do not get the proper scanner, I cannot help you.
