Rear hub link arm torque settings

Hi, folks,

I have just replaced the rear wheel hub on my ML280 and was wondering if anyone knows and can share the correct torque settings for the three bolts which attach to the hub carrier?

Many thanks

Colin

M/B refers the hub as flange. Where are the 3 bolts that you mention.

Hi, the 3 bolts are through the mounting hole at the top of the wheel carrier (level with the numeral 1), through the mounting hole which is the first one anti-clockwise from previous one, and the third one is not shown, but would be about the 4 o'clock position on the wheel carrier.

Hope this makes sense.

No it didn't make sense. Here are the removal procedures. Look at the bottom of #2 PDF for Designations torque values.

Ah, sorry. It'd been much easier if I'd had all the names for the tie-rod, camber strut and strut rod!

Thanks for posting the PDF's.

Appreciate your assistance.
