Any Ideas On Keeping Grime From Blind Spot Assist?

The Blind Spot Assist has been replaced on my 2011 ML350. I live in heavy winter/salt/grime/snow. Any ideas on how to keep the sensors cleaner and dry from the winter mess? Water, Salt, Grime seems to be the enemy on these things.
