1A seems high. How long did you wait before taking your measurement? The numerous electronics may take some time before entering sleep mode.
Probably only 5min or do. It looks like you're right and 30min seems more appropriate. I'll leave it longer and report back. I do suspect there are components sinking current though because of the large number of errors on the CAN Bus.
After 30min there's no change and the resting current is 1.00A±4mA.
I read somewhere of a chart with current draws by various devices—does anyone have more information on this?
As I started taking apart the driver's seat to get to the Central Gateway, I found about 6" of water in the well: Some of it I could drain but the rest (several gallons) I removed with a Wet Vac:
Still working on removing the molding covering the well

I don't know what's under there yet (I do have surround sound audio). I am still working on removing the panel which is under the seat (see where the red arrows are as it seems to be tucked under everything: door weatherproofing, carpet under the pedals, door upright). After levering up one corner, you can imagine my surprise to find my hand in water all the way up to my wrist.
I live in Houston, TX so, at this time of the year we get a lot of thunderstorms with very heavy downpours. I am also parked next to a tree that has shed an incredible amount of blossom this year which, no doubt, is responsible for blocking the drains.
And, that is only from the most recent shedding of blossom.
I finally removed the well cover (there was one more plastic 10mm nut under the door trim). There's all kinds of modules under there besides the CGW: rear audio, audio amplifier, and two more units I haven't identified yet. I will remove them all, open them up and dry them out.
