2007 ML63 Left Low Beam Ballast
The left low beam Xenon ballast can be replaced without having to remove the front bumper and remove the light assembly. PN 002820232680 with Mercedes ~$550. PN 0028202326 ~$25 will work as a direct replacement.
After remove the wheel liner, 3 screws holding up the ballast can be accessed. The key to remove the right T20 screw is the wrench pictured here
