2006 ML500 Footwell and Interior Light Fuse(s) Location and Numbers?

I've looked through fuse and relay charts and nothing specifically mentions footwell lights (illuminate the front floor) and overhead lights. Perhaps they are using a term or grouping I'm not familiar with. Can someone please tell me which fuse numbers, relay(s) and locations for these lights? I'm sure the footwell lights have some sort of time delay relay or module (they automatically turn off after a few minutes with door open). I'm also curious what module or relay controls the dimming feature of the overhead (dome lights) as they turn off.

I've only had my ML500 a couple weeks so still getting familiar with the locations and functions of the many electronic/electrical modules and systems in the vehicle. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

The vehicle has a CAN bus electrical system. It can do things like find another bulb if a taillight bulb is burned out … perhaps send lower voltage to a brake light bulb.

Thank you for the reply. I am familiar with the CAN bus. What I am seeking is the particular fuses for the footwell lights and overhead dome light 12V circuits. They are working fine, but for my own information I would like to note which fuse panel (rear cargo area, passenger compartment panel - next to glovebox or the engine compartment) and the fuse position number. Attached are diagrams for those three panels. I have the charts describing each fuse purpose but none specifically mentions the footwell or overhead dome lights.
