Question 06 ML350, Dead Battery and Passenger Seat Blocking Replacement

So I just got a '06 ML350 or rather my mother did after my dad's passing but found it's battery is dead from a year of non use since we had other concerns. Tried jump start, trickle charge but battery remains dead. So went to remove battery but the passenger seat was moved as far back as it could do so can't fit battery out. Went to try and remove the seat itself via four bolts in the front and back but found since the seat moved back, it's blocking the back bolts.
Is there a way to manually move the seat forward or unbolt the seat i'm not aware of?

Put it on a charger and move the chair while it's on the charger.

Thank you,
Good news, connecting charger to the cables rather than battery give the car some resemble of power.
Bad news, all the motors in the chairs, expect forward and backward, works. Can tilt the back and seat but can't move it forwards or backwards. Yeah me. Pretty sure a connector was disconnected somewhere along the way here.
