2011 ML550 - Passenger-side blend door sticky?
No codes getting thrown. Blows cold no matter what temp setting, I can sometimes unstick it by setting heat to max.
I haven’t had time to see if it’s isolated to one or more vents (no idea whether there’s one blend door or several).
where to look?

So the passenger side footwell sensor seems to think it’s 78.5C which I’m guessing explains why the passenger-side actuator is at 13% open while drivers-side shows 40C and 100%. Temp at vents are as one would expect given the sensor readings

Got some help on the other site: drop the panel under the glove box, there’s some conduit (that clips to the panel you just dropped) that carries air from the blower to your feet, it’s in there. $20 part.
