TPMS SYSTEM QUESTION ((((BYPASS)))
Hi guys, did anyone do bypass on there tpms module to get the ANNOYNG LIGHT of the dash???? installed new sensors about 3 years a go, had to put new tires about 2 months a go didnt change sensors. light came on few days a go, probably battery dead on one of the sensors. I am not taking the tires off and not wasting $$ on new sensors!! who thought of this only had one thing on there mind, to make $$
Seen few videos on Youtube mostly Toyota and its pretty easy hack just unplug the tpms module and connect to wires together and annoying light is off.
If anyone did it on Mercedes could you please share with me? Or anyone have wire diagram for tpms system on ML63 W164? There are 8 wires on the plug of the module, would be nice to know where they go.Thank you!
I am sure many guys would love to have it done

If you have the internet, Google:
2008 mercedes ML63 turn off tpms system.
There's a page right here on this site with fairly detailed instructions that might work on your car.

Not sure why you want to do this. TPMS sensors normally last about 10 years. Newer cars automatically identify 2 sets of sensors so that flipping tires+wheels seasonally is convenient. Otherwise, it's not difficult to register a new sensor set either at a tire shop or with an OBD scanner with this capability. Once registered, inflate the tires to the recommended pressure and use the reset/calibrate feature somewhere on the navigation screen. Dash light should then extinguish and subsequently light up only when tire pressure drops at least 2 psi. Disabling TPMS compromises your safety and that of others.
