Hello, my 2010 ML550 smells like fuel when tank is full. I had this same thing happen on my sons 2011 C300 and I ordered the white screw on cap that is under back seat and goes over the fuel pump. However on this car, I cant figure out if its just the white screw on part with the oring that I need, as I see a lot of them with sending units attached, and I dont think I need that? I think my sons was a solid piece of plastic that hair line cracks where fuel would puddle, but I dont see a simple kit to order for the ML except this and not sure if this alone fixes the fuel smell?
