Windshield pump

I have 2009 ml350 4matic
my windshield wiper fluid is full but nothing is spraying in the front windshield or the back.
before I swap out the pump I want to know if the rear has its own pump and if there is does it rely on the front pump also. Is there a fuse for the windshield pumps?
