reversing camera upgrade
Hiya
I have a 2010 W164 ML 350. It's fitted with the standard, fixed line, reversing camera. I have found a camera that says it's a dynamic one for the W164. Anyone any experience with that kind of retrofit?

I am cynical as to whether it will work as it only appears to have the "normal" connections and I would have expected an additional feed to read the steering angle. However, the manufacturer is adamant that it works and I can get a refund if needs be so I thought it was worth a try - especially as it appears to be a straight swap for the original.
You asked about head unit - I have already swapped that for a Kenwood unit.

The seller is correct. Expect no magic from the camera.
