Crazy speed and steering angle in Airmatic
Hello. ML w164 (2010)
1. in ECU Airmatic speed and steering angle - incorrect (<900 km/h)
2. in ECU ABS - speed and steering angle - correct

Strange, unless something has been replaced without recalibrating the affected system. Or you have been playing with the ESP off and the system has had a **** fit.
There's all sorts of randomness that can upset the ESP calibration such as spinning a wheel during routine maintenance whilst the ignition is on/batteries connected. If you have access to the live data, see what each ECU is reporting and then possibly try recalibrating the affected systems.
Low voltage can also cause virtual chaos in the various ECUs.
