I was able to get invoice pricing on mine less another incentive. It ended up being just over $7500 off the MSRP. The only catch was that I had to wait for a 11/1 build date which I didn't mind doing since I got exactly what I wanted.

2012 ML350 Bluetec, 2009 Audi A4 Cab,2003 Harley Road King
I just brought my 2012 Bluetec home today. I got $1500 off MSRP, plus another $2,000 for Conquest discount and and $2,000 more for my trade than any other dealer so I am pleased with the deal.
