We have a 2007 ML350 and from day 1 I was never very happy with the seats. I always thought the bottom cushion in the front had a sharp edge to it and it always bothered the underside of my thighs on long rides no matter how I adjusted the seat. I have a SL550 and the seat edge is more rounded and does not bother me. Question is for the people that already have the W166 and had the older model. How would you compare the seats on long rides. It is hard to tell with only taking a short test drive. Also is the leather option worth the difference? I would think it would be softer.

It would be nice if dealers also had a way to try both the regular and the sport seats. I have yet to see side by side pics or a comparison of differences.
