6 disc changer

Just in case if you go to your CD menu you will see the options for the CD slots. When you eject a CD it will also show the slots available.
What shall I do now?
When the ML arrived - no changer. We were offered many, many excuses including: "The factory that made them was destroyed when the Tsunami hit Japan," and "Nobody wants a CD changer anymore - everyone uses MP3 players - so Mercedes Benz took it out." But they also kept the money we paid for it! (FYI this unit was supposed to be standard in the ML350 - if you bought an ML350 it should have been in your vehicle.)
HOW WE RESOLVED THE ISSUE: We discussed the situation with the sales manager. We have bought a number of vehicles from the dealership over the years, and trade-in our used cars to them when we get new ones. We explained that we would never buy from a dealer, or a manufacturer, who took advantage of us. We said we we expected a fair solution or we would no be his customers. He gave us a 5 year 50,000 mile service plan at no cost - which we considered to be fair compensation. And, since we're about to buy another ML350 from the dealership and trade in one of our ML350s at the same time, I expect they'll made back the cost of the service plan in short order.
(On a related note, we received the vehicle that was missing the CD DVD changer in December, and tried to get Mercedes Benz to correct the information on their site - but it was still there at least until the end of February, I think.)
Finally, there were a number of other customers at our dealership who complained about this problem, which is probably why the dealer moved on the issue relatively quickly.
Good luck!

I believe if its a single disk it is CD
6 disk is DVD. I believe if you got the HK system you got 6 disk DVD which is P1 in Canada
My Canadian Guide shows 6 disk dvd std (S528)
The only available option is the HK sound (810), and the only details provided for that say that it comes with 14 speakers.
However my new ML will not be here for a while, so it's hard to confirm.
Fortunately I have now moved on to an i-Pod.
At MB you get it their way.
Just a few questions, you can watch DVD movies, right? When you are in drive, can you still listen to the sound of the DVD? The reason I ask is because I like listening to my comedy standup and music video DVD collection on trips.
