We picked up our Bluetec yesterday, 20 cm (8") of new snow had fallen that morning. Absolutely no trouble in the snow at all. We might not get winter tires until next year as the all-seasons seemed to be working effectively.

Thank you for the responses. However, because I had the Sports Package as an option, the optional brake caliper covers were included.
So here is the question, what sized of rims can I put on our ML 350 Bluetec (currently all-season 265/45 R 20 tires)?

The sports pack here is only available with 21" rims but you have them with 20". So we cannot rule out the possibility of some smaller rims fitting. I was told it only fouled in the radius on the W164 rims.

I just got them installed yesterday. All set and no problems.
take the caliper covers off and fit the 17's
