Great Visualizer on MB Germany Website
I don't know why MB USA doesn't have this, but the MB Germany website has a great 360 degree visualizer.
You can try out different paint colors, body trims (standard and AMG), and wheels in real-time. You can then spin the ML around to see how it looks in different light. Then you can even take it for a drive, to see how it looks around town.
The MB Canada website has the same visualizer, but not a choice different body trims (since in Canada, they all get the AMG trim). And on the Germany site, when you select the standard trim, it also gives you a choice of 13 different wheels to try on. The AMG trim view gives you three: 19, 20, 21 inch.
If you position your view of the vehicle from the front or rear, you can see how they different tire widths look. When you do this on the MBUSA site, you can see how the 20 inch rim fills the wheel more, but not how its wider than the 19.
While the site is of course in German, it's easy to figure out. The choice of body trims is a popup near the bottom of the window.
