Hi!
I had ordered a ml350 and was built around 5th august I was hoping I will get it in UK for the 21st September but I am told that it is Germany for a few weeks while they do some software updates and adjust the pano roof for European standards.
Does any one know what they change/fix/adjust ?
I am so disappointed that they are taking so long to deliver to UK over 2 months!

My order supports to be producted in July 20th but today the dealar told me that there is a "hold" on parts for the ML. So it will be delivered in Oct!! It's over 3 MONTHS! I didn't add any speical options and ordered ML in June!

There must be some options unless in ur country std is fully loaded. Mine was built july 30 but held for a modification and engine certification. 3 built 2 days before mine have been at a dealer for a week or more but can't be delivered till modified/software upgrade etc. Mine still in Alabama

Hmm... It seems that MB has some problems regarding ML productions? What modifications? Aha... too long waiting...!!

So how can i be driving my 2013 diesel? i must have asked about 3-4 times if it was ok to drive. what is this update everyone speaks about?

Im not sure what the modification is maybe yours got it in production or the dealer just let you have your ML till they get the update or parts.
I have seen no ML with the ECO stop start, yet all the info talks about it.
There is a place for an ECO button. Enjoy till you hear otherwise.
2013 is a special year when Europe and North America harmonize Diesel Emission standards thats why it economical to add it to the GLK this year mid cycle and the new C class 2014? coming to be built in USA.

Mine has the Pano roof and the dealer says that it will be with him on the 23rd Oct.. I wonder if that will be delayed too!!!

Also, the ECO Stop Start was in the Demo Car which I borrowed for a day. This was a ML 350CDI. So are you guys saying that it is still not implemented in the US??

My dealer now says there was a miscommunication and my ML350 made in August will arrive in Germany on the 21st September ! Instead of what he said initially was in Germany on 21st August.I am disappointed as I wonder why it take 2 months to get from USA to Germany .
They say it will be with me some time in October.I still can not get any dates from them.
Rexgold which part of the world are you in ? when did you place the order?

I am in UK and placed my order at the Watford Branch of Mercedes Benz network. Order placed August 2012..

check order date.........unless dealer gave you their order August would be impossible if getting in Oct 23 or is that OCT 2023 hahahahahaha
have to laugh or we will cry
August order would be maybe OCT build otherwise if lucky

The E mail I read said they are so busy working on these trucks and shipping ASAP that they have no time to update the system and no way nor will to bump Anyone. All we can do is wait. Mine is in marshaling area and that means close to ship in this system.

Benz should/needs to give us a better interest rate or a token rebate for accessories because of the delays. I have incured huge expenses from the delay. Class Action Suit anybody?? One of you has to be a lawyer LOL

Ahh well. I will keep my W164 till then... And the class action suits dont help us in the UK.
