Ml350 bt on order. What is the fuel tank size for Australian delivery??
I have numerous MB docs that indicate 70/11 and others say 93 liters
Salesman could not tell me either.

I have already posted on this some time ago. Australia definitely gets the 93 litre. 
The 70 litre is only in Europe for lightening the car for fuel consumption testing. And they have option 915 available which is the 93 litre, that some say is almost always taken.

On my ML550 order, it listed "915 Fuel Tank w/ Larger Capacity" as a standard.
