Is this that odd of an option combo?

One of the dealers I've talked to has a 2012 ML 550 fairly loaded with a sticker of $71,400. Its been on the lot for 102 days so assume they are motivated to move it. What should I expect to pay for that and are there any special incentives for the 2012 models?

I personally am loving my 550, once you drive one you'll have a very hard time going back to a 350. My sticker was close to $80K, but after a great deal from the dealer and an additional $2K off for the winter event + personal coupon I got in the mail I closed just a hair over $70K.
There are a couple of neat features on the 2013 model, such as colour display on the dashboard that might warrant holding out for a new one rather than the 2012 model. Also, seems like a couple of kinks got ironed out in the '13 year model, such as stalling issues in the Bluetec.
Best salesperson to speak to is Katie, she'll drive a hard bargain - but my overall experience was great, none of the "funny business" that other dealers have pulled on me in the past.
