Where is the light sensor ?

Does anybody know where the light sensor for the head light system at ? Thanks.

Good question. I actually had a problem with my adaptive high beams and the tech pointed out it was related to a faulty camera. The camera is located on your windshield in the middle on top. If you stand in the front of your car and look at the windshield you will see what looks like a 3 lense camera on top in the middle.

The rain/light sensor is behind the mirror on the windshield. It s also next to the multi-function camera which controls the adaptive high beams

Indeed. And it detects the level of infrared light.

Look at the top of the windsheild where the review mirror mounts. You should be able to see the sensor under the glass.
