Making a call using voice tags
I hit the Tele button and then the voice button on the steering wheel and say Call "voice tag name". I've assigned a contact a voice tag of "Kurt" so I'd say "Call Kurt". It never works. I've done the Individualization voice training too. Sometimes it will bring up a list of names and ask for a number or other times ask for a number to dial or change the radio station. I've tried different voice tags with no success. I'm I missing something or is it not possible to direct dial using voice commands.
I'm setting up my parents new ML350 and this is driving me nuts. I don't have a funny accent, born in California. Their Honda was so much easier to set this up.

Call (name) never works for me. It is a 2 step process. Call name then, saying the name. Lame. My Audi works with just call (name)
I swear that is used to work in one step when we first got the car though.
