YEAH! I picked up my MY14 ML350 Bluetec
Hi All,
I finally picked up my MY14 ML350 Bluetec Saturday after putting an ordering in early July.

The interior and exterior is spectacular. The satin ash with the wrapped dash just makes it a beautiful interior. I think I am going to do my whole house like this. It is a dream to drive; quite, smooth, comfortable. It is fantastic inside and out. The Distronic is just a cool feature. I am an aggressive driver and Distronic just mellows me out since I do not have to touch the brake or accelerator. The car is just feels like I spent a million bucks on it and is pleasure to drive.
There is just one grip I have and it is about the Comand Control Center. They should call this "Click-A-Mug-Jig". Who designed this? Fired Windows engineers? I hate how if I bump the control knob left or right it does a seek to next station(when in Radio). It should go to the next Pre-Set channel instead of "click-turn-click-turn-click". Good grief!
I also think the steering wheel thumbs controls should be reversed. The multifunctions controls should be on the right side and the volume/phone should be on the left. My right hand just naturally rest on the control knob and is in a great place. I have already on several occasions jumped from station to station on the radio and what to turn up the volume but I have to move my hand to either the steering wheel or the volume knob to do so. Also, I would suspect you will never be manipulating the multi-function display and Comand at the same time so if you switch them a around it will be more intuitive.

Very Nice! One of my co-workers has that combo, and it looks really nice.
Kudos on the MBTex wrapped dash. I really, really wish I had know about that option when I ordered mine, as it really dresses up the interior.
