After almost 3 months of wait my car is here. Ordered on Sept 14th, delivered on November 27th. I love it!

My biggest fear was all the negative stuff I've been reading about COMMAND on the forums. But the system is not bad at all. Took me a day to go and play with all the menus and I like it.

2014 ML350 BlueTEC — Polar White, Black MB-Tex, Satin Ash Wood Trim
Options: Premium 1 Package, Lighting Package, Heated Steering Wheel,
Harman Kardon Sound, Keyless-GO, Driver Assistance Package, MB-Tex Wrapped Dash

I still need some interior shots, but here are some exterior ones.

Looks very nice. For some reason ML's look really good in white. As far as COMMAND, I love it also. I think people just need to take time to learn how to use it.
I have had my bluetec for just over a month! and love it every minute I drive it. Averaged 29mpg last night on the way home from Thanksgiving dinner. I am sure you will love it also.
Congrats.

Congrats DR2000, she's beautiful!

Congratulations! Your order seems to be about 2 weeks ahead of mine. Get great enjoyment out of the delight everyone has with the new ML. Mercedes really seems to have gotten this one right. Notice that there virtually no complaints with anything about these new 166's? The Bluetecs like many of us are getting seem to be a great decision! Hope ours comes in early like many of you have enjoyed.

It's very much like a Gas engine. Just a touch of diesel ticking at ide but nothing loud about it!

And the tick is only audible outside. Can't hear it inside the cabin.

I discovered one annoyance with COMAND that I can't figure out. I have my music on USB key with folders for artists and subfolders for albums. I can't get the system to play all music for one artist randomly. If I navigate to artist and hold down the joystick it starts playing the first song of first album. When I turn shuffle on it only plays songs from that very album.

Is it just me or is there really no way to make it do what I want short of getting rid of subfolders?

Hoping to take some more pictures soon of the interior, but the outside light has not been cooperating.

Very true statement! I was of course talking about the external sound. It has a very quiet cabin even at highway speeds.

It looks so great without the running boards and with the beautiful, sensible standard wheels, not to mention the gorgeous MB Tex dash. I'm placing my order tomorrow, white, thinking grey leather, but I may change to black after seeing yours. Congratulations!

Although not sure about your taste in music..(j/k) your taste in vehicles is great. I am sure will enjoy it for many years. The MB-Tex is the best option that a lot of people don't know about.

Thank you. Although I need to note that the backs of my front seats are already grey thanks to my kids. Hence no back seat shots.

I totally agree. For those of us who appreciate a more handcrafted look and attention to detail, this inexpensive, special order option, of adding stitched MB Tex to the dash area really puts the finishing touch on the interior.

Just curious, what is the round item just left of your rear license plate holder?

Oh, it's a dealership logo. Usually I tear those down as the first thing I do to the car, but this one is actually done nicely in chrome and depicts Brooklyn Bridge, which I seem to like at least for the time being.

$330.00, but it is a Special Order option. If any of these "SPC" options are ordered, there is a one time fee of $250.00. So, if the dash was the only SPC option ordered, it would really cost $580.00, which, IMHO, is still well worth it.
