2014 ML HEADLIGHT CONDENSATION Problem
I am new to this forum and recently joined. I pre-ordered a 2014 ML earlier in the summer and received my car not too long ago. The car has the Bi-xenon Headlight package.
The car is brand new. I drove it in the warmer temps in September and then I had to travel. The car was parked in the garage . When I returned, I took the car out and every single time I take it out, condensation starts to appear in both front headlights.
The headlights are on during this time, and it starts to appear shortly after staying on. The colder the temp is outside, the faster the condensation appears inside. (its always on the inside ofcourse)
I was wondering if any one else with the ML 2012-2014 has had this issue or heard of it , and how it was dealt with.
I really appreciate your help on this guys. The car is brand new and still under 1000 km !

My concern is that will this gradually increase and corrode the inside and get dull. Is this a warranty replacement issue ?
Will keep you guys posted.
In the meantime, here attached are some more pics.

thats crazzy Stuff!!I don't have this problem on my ml main headlights but the "bottom runing day light" I am also experiencing condensation (after I wash the ml)
You for sure have a major issue here my main 'intelligent mb headlights' don't have this problem, that's way too extensive!

Yep, I agree with the crazy stuff. I really didn't want them to do it in the first place, but they said that's what the factory said to do. Mind you, this was 2007, but the hole were very small and placed in the back of the light. You couldn't see them unless you were looking for it. Would I let them do it again/now....NO! Mine had heavy condensation and that was the fix at the time. I remember that there was an issue with a seal or something, but hey, it worked for my particular vehicle at the time!
