Command fuse
Hi I have a ML350 and the Command screen wont open up at all despite restarting the car a few times. I have it booked in to see the dealer in 2 weeks but wondering if there was a quick fix available? I have read of other forums that other owners have taken out and reinserted their fuse and it has seemed to have worked.
My question is where can i find the relevant fuse and which fuse number(s) would it be?
thanks

That being said, I just looked at my 2014 350BTC, and cannot find a fuse allocation for COMAND.

Your COMAND unit is most likely defective - and frankly don't wait 2 weeks - the dealer needs to have your MB NOW - so that they can confirm COMAND replacement is needed - because it will take at least one week to get a replacement unit it..
Just so you know..

I don't know about my ML but my 13' E350 command system stopped. MB's answer was to take it into service but I was on Block Island for the week. I found that the fuse for the command system pulled it out and when I pushed it back in it made a nice snapping noise. Perhaps they didn't push it in when it was on the lot or in transit so the battery didn't wear down.
