I hardly use the power of my ML550, so the ML400 engine should be plenty, but with better gas mileage. The MSRP on that ML550 was about $2k more and is same config, except didn't have the designo upholstery. So this newly packaged ML400 is a great value....really in the sweet spot.

Does anyone know if the newly designed dash with tablet-like screen will be introduce for MY15?

Not until MY16? Thanks for sharing, but how do you know?

If this is true, then I really should wait until they introduce the hyprid ML....which also reportedly to be MY16. Otherwise, I suppose buying an ML400 will not be very much of a change from my current ML550.

One thing I miss about my X5 is the larger nav screen. So, having a larger one in the ML would be a great motivator to upgrade.

Hey, Fab: I can't tell from the order guide, but this year are they going to allow heated/ventilated seats with the interior sports package that has the softer nappa leather seats?

I've very much like to upgrade the leather (without going to designo). The standard leather seats I have in my current ML isn't much different than the fake MB-tex in terms of feel and looks....especially now that they are perforating the seats.
