Owners Manual page 134 shows how to replace the bulbs.
I have also included the part number of the bulb. It is item number 220 in the PDF file
According to the Sylvania website the backup bulb is bulb Part Number 921 which should be available in your local Walmart for about $4.00 for a twin pack.

I am curious, where in the page that you posted does it show how to replace the back up bulb? The back up bulb is in the tail gate and there is no service flap.

Sorry about that, I didn't read through the owner's manual carefully enough. Apparently they want you to take it to the dealership to have those bulbs changed
Here is the correct information on how to replace all of the rear bulbs including the backup bulbs. If you have any more questions please let me know
