Texts are not allowed to be viewed while the car is in motion. You can respond to the text by using voice w/ Siri. You can also delete the text on the Comand.

I am new to the c300. How do you turn on text messages in your vehicle settings?
I too used to have a Lexus and my text messages with just display on the screen and I can't figure out how to get that function on my new Mercedes. I enabled it on my phone but they don't pop up on the screen like they did on my Lexus any help would be greatly appreciated

Beyond that, I am not familiar with the C class COMAND. They all look similar but have different paths.
