Low beam headlamp adjustment?

Low beam headlamp adjustment?
I've been searching for a pic on where the adjustment screws are for the W166 ML350 halogen headlamps, and am having a heck of a time. Can someone tell me where they are, and which one adjusts height vs left/right orientation? Thanks!

Its on top of the headlight, there is a 1/2" hole on the metal housing on top of the headlight. Look thru that hole and you will see a white plastic hex Allen screw, you can turn that screw with a long Allen T handle wrench or a long flat screwdriver. With the car on, put the headlight in manual on and if I remember right, CW is down.

I installed LED low beam today and the aim is horrible! After hours of tinkering with the only adjuster, the vertical I believe, I realized the horizontal is the issue. Does anyone know where the adjuster for horizontal adjustment is?

Forget the hole, just look for the white plastic hex screw on top of the headlight. Take a look at the pic above, its the plastic screw in the bottom right of pic, be careful, that screw is easy to strip.

AFAIK there is no horizontal adjustment... and even if there is/was one, chances are it wouldn't do you any good. While LEDs look cool, their beam pattern is very different from that of a halogen bulb and the result is outright unacceptable if you're actually trying to illuminate the road instead of trying to look cool to oncoming traffic. A (somewhat) better option is to go with HIDs, and even those are not going to be ideal.

I guess that'll do it for now. Never gonna buy a car without OEM HID in the future =(
