Not from inside the vehicle. If you are outside- press and hold the Lock button on the keyfob. All will close. Press and hold the Unlock to open all.

You can change the coding on your AC controller from USA to Euro to get this function back like on older models (holding the Re-circulation button). My 2007 C350 has this tunnel mode and I was disappointed when my new ML didn't have this. I was able to easily change the coding in Xentry, so any dealer could do it for you. Only real issue with the change is that Euro controllers don't have MAX AC, so that button changes function. It turns it into the Zone button so that you can control the temp on the left and right with just the left dial.
