LED replacement headlight bulbs?

Anybody try any of the direct replacement LED headlight bulbs/kits that are out there for the ML350 stock projector and/or high beams? Any recommendations on kits and if they fit and function well?

Considering these: https://www.xenonhids.com/low-beam-h...SADEgKVx_D_BwE

Yes, I have been using Putco 280007 Silver Lux H7 LED
https://www.amazon.com/Putco-280007-Silver-Headlight-Conversion/dp/B01B9K4FF0/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1515431177&sr=1-2-fkmr0&keywords=putco+h7+led+200007 https://www.amazon.com/Putco-280007-Silver-Headlight-Conversion/dp/B01B9K4FF0/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1515431177&sr=1-2-fkmr0&keywords=putco+h7+led+200007
for more than a year. They are on the expensive side, but they completely fit within the headlight housing (no need to drill etc), have a nice beam distribution, are fanless, do not heat like some other ones and so far they have been problem free. No error messages either. They are adjustable too so you can adjust them in such a way that the leds are positioned vertically once the bulb is installed.

You will need some H7 led clips like these:

Installing LED bulbs in a housing designed for halogens is a bad idea for several reasons. Thee are numerous threads on the subject - read through this one for a succinct and juicy primer: https://mbworld.org/forums/new-m-cla...-question.html

In short - don't do it. Either get complete Xenon headlight assemblies or leave the halogens in.

Crap, talk about a terrible track record. Not even one positive review.

i agree, but the average purchaser of the ML/GLE doesnt really know which is which until they do the homework on it as it is, if you ask me it should a standard feature, like the
LED's are for the E and S class but thats just me
