Right bottle is what I received, the left one I used for a few years, I can expect new packaging but new part number not so sure.

Please let me know if its a right or wrong oil for diesel.

It says MB 229.52 so it's the right diesel oil.

I still use 229.51 5w-40 in mine.

The one on the right grey bottle is actually a dollar more expensive than the other black bottle and you get a small amount more. You can be rest assured that both are correct per BEVO specs.

this is cool, I got it for the price as black bottle. I'm glad it's the right oil.

What is the part number for 229.51 oil?

The only thing is different:
Black bottle label displays: Filly Synthetic vs nothing on the gray. I'm sure it's fully synthetic but label is misleading especially if you have both bottles.

Part number??

I'm not using Mercedes brand oil. I selected oil from the list of Mercedes tested and approved oils. http://bevo.mercedes-benz.com/bevolisten/229.51_en.html
