How To Turn on Mercedes-Benz Voice Navigation Guidance
I'm a newbie with SatNav. I own a B180 and have just installed a Garmin SD Map Pilot. Works OK except that the voice guidance doesn't work. All voice controls are switched on. Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is the NAV voice is turned down to its minimum. To verify, once a Destination is posted and in use, highlight the Destination button and select REPEAT. Once repeat selection has been chosen, quickly turn up the radio volume button. Perhaps someone like my wife turned down the Nav voice(while it was directing) because she wanted to suggest something... and I wasn't listening!!! LOL!

Thanks for that. However, everything is turned on. I tried resetting voice navigation. No joy. The odd thing is that the “repeat prompt” works OK, so there’s nothing wrong with the sound, but it just repeats a prompt which wasn’t made in the first place!! Weird, I think there must be something wrong with the SD card.
